I've found that many people in these lines of work don't understand how their personality, self-talk, and other factors impact their business development. That is the foundation for this course: understanding self and bringing the best you into your business to get it where you want it to be.

Each participant will receive a DISC personality assessment that will help to understand many tendencies when it comes to communications and accomplishing tasks. It will also help participants to understand their strengths. Having that awareness will allow for adjustments to be made.
